  • we check our calendar.
  • we immediately reserve your date (if available)
  • your date is held for 2 weeks
            while we await your deposit
  • we consult with you to work out the details
    • the right ensemble
    • the right music
    • the right price

When you've settled on the details, we spell it all out for you in plain-language, in our easy-to-understand written contract.  You sign & return the contract with your deposit, and the booking process is complete!
